It is advised that you use slippers or sandals wherever you go. So if you need to work your feet which involves it getting wet. Use boots, and try to avoid touching the water with your feet. Furthermore, after all the training sessions or activities you have done take a rest, wash and dry your feet immediately.

Taking care of our toenails is a must for all of us. So, it is best that prevent having this infection.  Basically, just have proper feet hygiene and proper working etiquette to avoid having toenail infection.
