It is advised that you use slippers or sandals wherever you go. So if you need to work your feet which involves it getting wet. Use boots, and try to avoid touching the water with your feet. Furthermore, after all the training sessions or activities you have done take a rest, wash and dry your feet immediately.

To sum things up, toe hygiene is crucial part to prevent this infection and a must to do for us all. So, take care of your nails, you seriously need them.
